This simple approach has allowed us to so far successfully deliver across 20 blue chip organisations in various industries including Banking & Finance, Insurance, Media, Distribution, Higher Learning and Local Government utilising a team of over 40 highly specialised consultants.
Our Background
Founded in 2008 as Financials and Supply Chain process and system specialists. We saw a need for an organisation that:
- Worked alongside our clients as a trusted advisor/executor instead of being sales focussed
- Provided premium consulting solutions and/or high value talent at a reduced cost of ownership. Achieving this through highly skilled consultants delivering quality solutions on time/budget with an emphasis on containing costs that add no client value
- Providing an alternative to consulting firms that had over invested in sales, marketing and other corporate infrastructure that now required to recoup their investment via ‘astronomical’ consulting fees
- We quickly realised that where we stay true to these guiding principles we will continue to gain the respect of our clients, team and peers. This is reflected in our ability to be invited to deliver for a large number of blue chip client engagements in a relatively short amount of time
